Sta. Rosa Heights - LOCATION

One of the biggest selling points of the Sta. Rosa Heights community is its accessibility. You would think that living outside of Metro Manila means you have to give up certain creature comforts, such as shopping malls, cinemas, restaurants, and the like. However, that is really not the case with Sta. Rosa Heights. In fact, you can even argue that living here is actually much better than living in the Metro in more ways than one.

First of all, Sta. Rosa Heights is located just along the Sta. Rosa - Tagaytay Road, which means it is quite near several high-end commercial centers. In the past couple of years, Laguna has been experiencing quite a bit of economic growth. What once seemed like endless expanses of farmland are now dotted with shopping malls and other entertainment venues. One of the commercial areas that happen to be just minutes away from the Sta. Rosa Heights main gate is the Paseo de Sta. Rosa, a sprawling open air area that contains dozens of shops, boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. If you need to go somewhere to unwind, there are few places better than the Paseo.

Now, if you are looking for a more “traditional” shopping experience, you can head on over to the Sta. Rosa town proper to get to SM City Sta. Rosa. The SM chain of malls provides only the best shopping choices and their branch at Sta. Rosa is not an exception. The mall not only has dozens upon dozens of shops that provide all the goods and services that you might need. There are also around 10 cinemas where you can watch the latest local and international blockbusters. If you’re worried that you won’t be able to satisfy your shopaholic tendencies just because you live outside of Metro Manila then you can ease your mind.

Aside from shopping, there are also other places nearby where you and your family can go to have some fun. The most obvious, and arguably one of the happiest places in the country, is the Enchanted Kingdom theme park, located in the Sta. Rosa town proper. This is the most popular theme park in the country, and it is every child’s (regardless of age) dream come true to visit this magical place. You will find that one whole day is not enough for you to get on all of the exciting rides in the park, which is why you can consider yourself lucky if you live in Sta. Rosa Heights because Enchanted Kingdom is just fifteen to thirty minutes away from your home.

Aside from these awesome entertainment venues, Sta. Rosa Heights are also accessible to other basic facilities like schools, hospitals, government agencies, and places of worship. If you still need to go to the Metro for various errands or for business purposes, you will find that it is much easier to go to Manila from Laguna than the other way around. It will only take you about thirty minutes to an hour from the main gate of the community to reach Manila.
